We are offering standard shipping to many countries within Europe. If your country of location (in Europe) is not available at time of purchase, please contact us so we may figure out the best shipping solution based on your location. Shipping rates will vary depending on customer location. See the list below with the shipping costs and free shipping availability. There won't be any custom fee within Europe.
For residents in The Netherlands you are able to choose to send the package to your home address or a pick up point of POST NL (e.g. Primera) at checkout. Kindly note that they can only hold it for one week.
Do you still ship during COVID-19?
Yes we do but keep in mind that there can be a delay until it arrives to you as it is very busy at POST NL. All orders will be shipped from The Netherlands and will be processed after we received the payment. They are normally processed within 2-4 business days, depending on the product availability. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. All orders are shipped by PostNL. After shipping out your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace number. We are not responsible in any way for any delays in delivery, lost or missing packages or any other errors made by the post office. We are not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect, undeliverable address or if you don’t pick it up at a postnl point. It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. It is also the responsibility of the customer when you did not pick up the package on time. When the package has been returned to us due that the customer did not pick up the package, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to ship the package again towards the customer. If you want to cancel your order after you did not pick up the package, you will be responsible for the shipping fee, this fee will be deducted from the price that you paid for the order.
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded. All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
