We are offering standard shipping to many countries within Europe. Shipping rates will vary depending on customer location. See the list below with the shipping costs and free shipping availability. There won't be any custom fee within Europe. 

Do you still ship during COVID-19? 
Yes we do, but keep in mind that there can be a delay until it arrives to you as it is very busy at the local shipping company, PostNL. Also due to the lockdown in The Netherlands many PostNL points are closed down. We advise you to check in advance if the PostNL point is open before you choose it at checkout. Do keep an eye on the tracking number. If you live outside of The Netherlands, go to this link to read more information regarding your country. All orders will be shipped from The Netherlands and will be processed after we received the payment. They are normally processed within 2-4 business days, depending on the product availability. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. All orders are shipped by PostNL.

After shipping out your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace number. We are not responsible in any way for any delays in delivery, lost or missing packages or any other errors made by the post office. We are not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect, undeliverable address or if you didn’t pick it up at a postnl point. It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. It is also the responsibility of the customer when you did not pick up the package on time. When the package has been returned to us due that the customer did not pick up the package, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to ship it again. If you want to cancel your order after you did not pick up the package, you will be responsible for the shipping fee, this fee will be deducted from the price that you paid for the order. 

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded. All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
