RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY We want to be sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If that is not the case, we are sad to hear that it didn't meet your expectations. You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the items in order to exercise your legal right to withdraw and return the products. After the stated withdrawal/returns period, returned products will not be accepted. Please be aware that due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes all returns must be received sealed, unopened and unused in its original packaging. Otherwise we can not offer a refund or exchange. We can only accept returns purchased on the website at Dotdotskin.com. Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT? If you would like to return or exchange your product please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you instructions to return your order. Please include your full name, order ID, product name(s) and the reason of return. Please wait for the return instructions as items returned without return authorization will not be refunded. If there is a difference in costs with the exchange, we may reach out to you for further information.
WHO WILL PAY FOR THE RETURN COSTS?For any return or exchanges, you will be fully responsible for the return shipping and handling charges which will not be refunded. Please make sure to have a tracking number when shipping the package back, because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned items. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND? Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed with 14 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
WHERE IS MY REFUND?If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account/paypal account or credit card account. Then contact them regards the refund. It may need several days before your refund is officially posted and you see it against your account. Usually it takes 2-5 business days for a refund to be shown on your bank account, and 5-14 business days in case of creditcard or paypal. If you've done all of the above and you still haven't received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com with your order id and we will investigate.
