Q - I AM NOT SURE WHAT TO BUY. CAN I GET SOME ADVICE ON WHICH PRODUCTS ARE BEST FOR ME? Yes of course! Feel free to email us at hello@dotdotskin.com and we will help you with it.

Q - HOW DO I KNOW MY PRODUCT IS GENUINE? We work closely with the Korean brands and only purchase the products from the official companies and/or with their official and verified distributors. All products that we sell are authentic and genuine. 

Q - IS THE PRODUCT THAT I RECEIVED EXPIRED? No, all our products that we send out are not expired. Korean products are traditionally labeled with a manufacturing date instead of an expiry date and have a shelf-life of two to three years from this date, depending on each individual product and brand. Therefore, don't worry if you received a product stamped with a date prior to your actual purchase date - we value our customers and will never sell expired products just to make a sale!

As Korean beauty is starting to become bigger in Europe, some brands began to print the expiration date instead of the manufacturing date. Please check the characters in front of the dates to be sure:  

제조 means "manufactured on"
까지 means "good until"

Q - WHERE IS MY ORDER?Every order will be shipped with a tracking code that you will receive via e-mail after the package is shipped. Kindly check your order via the tracking code. 

Q - WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? Please check our Payment Method page where everything is stated. 

Q - MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO? Kindly check out our Return and Exchange Policy for further instructions. 

Q - CAN DISCOUNT CODES AND/OR OFFERS BE COMBINED?Unfortunately not, only one discount code will apply at checkout. Offers cannot be combined.

Q - IS MY PACKAGE LOST? Kindly check the tracking code before contacting us. We will try our best to track your package, but we won't be responsible when the package is lost. The order won't be refunded.
