How to Use
After cleansing your skin, apply the toner gently with your hands and pat it on your skin. You can layer this toner as the ingredients inside are extremely gentle, so feel free to apply 3 layers of this toner if your skin needs a moisture boost. Wait till it has been absorbed, continue with the serum and cream then.
